Where we ship

We currently ship within the United States only. Orders ship from California.

 

Shipping rates

Standard (USPS, 3-5 business days in transit): $8 flat rate per order.

Free Standard shipping on orders of $150 or more.

Express (1-2 business days in transit): $15 flat rate per order.

 

Processing time

Orders are packed and shipped within 1-3 business days (Monday-Friday, excluding holidays). You'll receive an email with tracking as soon as your order ships.

 

Delays and lost packages

Transit times are estimates from the carrier and aren't guaranteed. If your tracking hasn't updated in 7 days, or your package shows delivered but you can't find it, contact us through our Contact page and we'll help you file a claim with the carrier.

 

Address accuracy

Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We're not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address entered by the customer. If you notice a mistake, contact us right away; we can update it if the order hasn't shipped yet.
