Refund policy
Returns
We accept returns within 14 days of delivery. To be eligible, items must be unworn, unwashed, and in the same condition you received them, with any tags still attached.
To start a return, contact us through our Contact page with your order number and the item(s) you'd like to return. We'll reply with return instructions. Items sent back without first contacting us won't be accepted.
Return shipping
Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. If an item arrives damaged, or is significantly not as described in the listing, we'll cover return shipping. Please contact us within 3 days of delivery with photos.
Vintage items
Vintage pieces are pre-owned and may show signs of age and wear such as fading, print cracking, or small marks. We describe and photograph all known flaws, and measurements are approximate. Please review all photos, the condition notes, and measurements before buying. Normal vintage wear shown or described in the listing isn't grounds for a damaged-item return.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll email you to confirm whether the refund is approved. Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
Exchanges
Most of our items are one of a kind, so we can't offer exchanges. Return the item for a refund and place a new order instead.
Final sale
Items marked Final Sale and gift cards can't be returned.
